She holds a degree from the Institute for Functional Medicine. Master in Health Sciences, Nephrology sector of the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP). ). PhD student in Cosmiatry at UNIFESP.
Raul Amaral Rego
Raul holds a Doctorate and a Master’s in Marketing Administration (USP), in Economics (USP), as well as Food Engineering (UNICAMP). Professor of marketing in post-graduation programs at Insper. Director of Honne Comunicação e Marketing and Technical Coordinator of ITAL’s Technological Innovation Platform.
Head of Packaged Food, Euromonitor International
Lamine leads the researches of the packaged food industry at Euromonitor International on more than 100 markets. Lamine manages a team of experienced food analysts in the produce of studies regarding global, regional and local trends of a specific sector. Lamine has also been part of the retailers’ team of Euromonitor, in which she has specialised in the most up-to-date models of food retail and developed detailed analysis on the largest retail companies in the packaged food industry.
Ana María Carvajal
Ana María Carvajal has a degree as Chemical Engineer from the Universidad América de Colombia – specialization in Quality Management Systems and has worked for more than 15 years in the areas of R&D, sales and marketing. Manager – Food and Beverage Segment for Latin America – DSM Nutritional Products. She has worked on the implementation of strategies for growth in regions of Latin America in the Food and Beverage, Supplements and Child Nutrition segments with special focus on the Andean Region, as well as in the design of consumer surveys and analysis of market trends for the creation of functional concepts.
Claire Isabel Grigoli de Luca Sarantopoulos
Claire is a researcher at the Packaging Technology Centre (CETEA) at the Institute of Food Technology (ITAL), where she has developed a solid career in RD&I and education. Her research focuses on plastic packaging for food and beverages. Chief Editor of the Brazilian Journal of Food Technology scientific publication. She has organized numerous seminars, courses and trainings. She has participated in national and international packaging awards as a judge. Claire holds a degree in food engineering from FEA/UNICAMP.
Tatiana Pires, PhD
Tatiana holds a degree in Food Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá (EEM / SP) (1998), master’s degree (2002) and Ph.D. (2005) in Food Science – University of São Paulo (FCF/USP). She has been working in regulatory, scientific, corporate and government affairs at companies such as Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) and DSM Nutritional Products. Currently, as well as Regional Director of Corporate Affairs for Herbalife Nutrition in South and Central America and she has been working as a Coordinator and Lecturer of the Regulatory Affairs and Government Relations Module of the Postgraduate Course in Food Engineering, Escola de Engenharia Mauá (EEM/SP).
Kathia has a BSc in Nutrition from Faculdade de Ciências da Saúde São Camilo and holds a specialization in Nutrition in Public Health from Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP). She developed her professional career in Clinical Nutrition at Hospital São Paulo and in Public Health at the Department of Preventive Medicine / Nutrition Discipline of UNIFESP. She has worked for 26 years in the Regulatory and Scientific Area in Nutrition for the food industry by participating in activities at ILSI (International Life Sciences Institute) and has coordinated the Child Nutrition Task Force and also has participated as a member of the Board of the above-mentioned institution . Currently, she is Technical – Scientific Coordinator at ABIAD (Brazilian Association of Food Industries for Special Purposes and Congenial Similar).
